Effective Date: July 2026 | End-User License Agreement & Terms of Service for M6V Games

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This legal Agreement governs all video game software, mobile applications (iOS App Store, Google Play Store), computer applications (PC, Mac, Steam, WebGL), virtual items, and online services published by M6V Game Studio (Mukiria Six Ventures / msixv.com). By installing, accessing, or playing M6V games, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Software License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, M6V grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to download, install, and execute M6V game software on compatible mobile devices and desktop computers strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

License Restrictions: You explicitly agree that you shall NOT:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, adapt, or attempt to extract source code or underlying algorithms from M6V game executables or network protocols.
• Sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, transfer, or commercially exploit M6V game software, accounts, or virtual assets to third parties.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights legends on or within M6V games.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or data-mining tools to extract game assets, audio files, or artwork.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to M6V games—including without limitation game titles, source code, visual assets, 3D models, character designs, sound effects, musical compositions, storylines, dialogue, catchphrases, and game mechanics—are owned exclusively by Mukiria Six Ventures (M6V) or its licensors.

Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of any software or intellectual property to you. Your license to play is granted under the express terms set forth herein.

Anti-Cheat & Conduct Policy

To ensure a fair, competitive, and enjoyable environment across mobile and computer games, M6V maintains zero tolerance for cheating or toxic behavior.

Prohibited Gaming Conduct

• Hacks & Cheats: Utilizing unauthorized third-party software, memory injectors, aimbots, wallhacks, speedhacks, or macro automation scripts.
• Exploits: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, duping virtual items, or abusing network latency to gain unfair advantages.
• Disruptive Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, spamming, impersonating M6V staff, or sharing inappropriate content in player communication channels.
• Account Trading: Buying, selling, or trading player accounts or virtual items for real-world currency outside authorized platforms.

Virtual Goods & Purchases

M6V games may offer in-game virtual currency, downloadable content (DLC), expansion packs, cosmetics, or virtual items for purchase using real-world money through authorized app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam).

• License Only: Virtual items and currency are licensed to you, not sold. They possess no real-world cash value, accrue no interest, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
• Refunding Policy: In-app purchases are handled directly by the respective platform store (Apple, Google, Steam) in accordance with their consumer refund policies.
• Price Adjustments: M6V reserves the right to adjust virtual item pricing, availability, and balance attributes at any time without notice.

Patches & Service Continuity

M6V may issue automatic or mandatory game patches, updates, or balance modifications to maintain server security, fix bugs, or introduce new features. You acknowledge that updates may modify game parameters or system requirements.

While we strive for continuous server uptime, M6V does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online multiplayer servers or cross-save synchronization services. Scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime may occur.

Disclaimer & Liability Limits

M6V game software and online services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M6V (Mukiria Six Ventures) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of data, save state corruption, hardware malfunction, or loss of profits—arising out of your use or inability to use M6V game software.

Governing Law & Contact

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing laws. If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
