When you download, install, or play M6V games, we collect information in three ways:

Information You Provide Directly

• Player account name, display nickname, and avatar preference.
• Contact email (if you choose to register for cross-platform cloud saves or contact customer support).
• Feedback, bug reports, or player forum submissions.

• Device Identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA / GAID), IP address, MAC address, and device hardware model.
• Gameplay Metrics: Level progression, scores, achievements, session duration, in-game item usage, and active play timestamps.
• Technical Performance: Framerate stability, GPU/CPU utilization, network ping, memory usage, and system crash logs.

Third-Party Platform Integrations

• Social & Gaming Accounts: Authentication tokens from Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, or Steam API.
• In-App Purchase Receipts: Encrypted transaction tokens from Apple App Store or Google Play. M6V never sees or stores your payment card numbers.

How We Use Your Data

We process your game data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

Third-Party SDKs & Ads

M6V games integrate industry-standard Software Development Kits (SDKs) from vetted technology partners. These partners operate under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Firebase & Google Analytics for Firebase: Analytics, crash monitoring, and cloud save synchronization.
• Unity Technologies (Unity Ads & Analytics): Game engine runtime telemetry and ad serving.
• Google AdMob: Mobile ad serving and rewarded video ad rewards.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Services: Store purchasing and achievements authentication.

You can restrict personalized advertising on your mobile device at any time:
• iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
• Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete or Reset Advertising ID.

Children’s Privacy

M6V Game Studio strictly adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and EU GDPR-K standards. Our games are intended for general audiences.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child without verified parental consent, we immediately purge that data from our servers.

Data Protection & Storage

Player profile data and cloud save states are retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide game services. Unused accounts with no activity for 24 months are automatically archived or anonymized.

Data Access & Erasure

Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and global data privacy laws, you hold the following rights regarding your game data:

• Right to Access: Request a export copy of your stored game profile and cloud save data.
• Right to Erasure (Delete Account): Request permanent deletion of your game profile, high scores, cloud save state, and associated player data.
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing notifications or targeted ad tracking.
