This policy covers the M6 3D Sudoku app only. Where it differs from the general M6V Games Privacy Policy, this policy applies to M6 3D Sudoku.

The short version

M6 3D Sudoku does not collect, store or share any personal information or usage data. It works entirely offline, has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and never sends anything from your device to us or to anyone else.

What the app stores, and where

To save your progress, the app keeps the following only on your device:

• games in progress (classic and 3D cube), so you can continue later
• your statistics: games played and won, times, streaks and cubes completed
• achievements you've unlocked and your daily challenge streak
• your settings, such as theme, sound and haptic feedback

This information never leaves your device through the app. We cannot see it, and it isn't linked to your identity. You can reset your statistics or settings from the app's Settings screen, and erase everything at any time by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

What the app does not do

• It does not request internet access and makes no network connections.
• It has no user accounts, sign-in or cloud saves.
• It contains no advertising and does not use your Advertising ID.
• It contains no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools.
• It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files.
• It offers no in-app purchases.

Android backup

If you've turned on Android backup for your device, Android may include this app's saved progress in your device backup to your Google account, so it can be restored on a new phone. That backup is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy, and you control it in your device settings. We have no access to it.

Links that open outside the app

Tapping links in the app's Settings (such as this policy or support) opens them in your web browser. Websites you visit that way are governed by their own privacy policies.

Google Play

Google Play handles downloading and updating the app, and may collect information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. We receive only anonymous, aggregated statistics from Google Play, such as install counts and crash rates, which don't identify you.

Children

M6 3D Sudoku is a general-audience puzzle game. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes how data is handled (for example, by adding optional ads), we'll update this policy and its effective date before that version is released.
